Customizing scheduled reports

Hi all,

Is there a way to customize scheduled reports aside from setting the time
interval? I have a weekly Submissions by Form report and would like to
include the user’s case sharing group (as there seems to be no way of
displaying the results by group). In addition, it would be nice if I could
edit the titles of forms that appear in column headings in Excel -
currently it displays the full form path, including the application and
module names, which make them extremely long.

Hi Eric,

Unfortunately we can’t edit the titles of forms in that export. Regarding
the filtering by the user’s case sharing group, you should be able to
filter the Submissions By Form report by a group. Once you’ve done that,
you can save that filter and then create a new scheduled report off that
(so you will need one saved report per group).

Hey Sheel,

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately that’s not very practical, as we
have many case sharing groups. I hope Dimagi is considering adding more
filtering options to reports and exports in the future.
