Creating drop down list

I am trying to link provinces, districts, local level government, council
wards & villages.

How should i arrange in excel to down load the data

Hi Lonica,

It sounds like you probably want to try to use the look up tables
functionality detailed here
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Lookup+Tables.
However this feature is only available with a software plan.
