"Couldn't Find Your Application" Error when downloading app

We are getting the following message when trying to download the
application (in Kenya) “couldn’t find your application. Please check and
retype your code or verify your internet connection”. We have verified the
code many times and others were able to download the application on the
same internet connection. Any help in trouble shooting would be much
appreciated!!

Hi Jessie,

A few ideas:

  1. Verify that you can connect to commcarehq.org on your device browser
  • if not, there might be some connection or firewall issue
  1. Try using a barcode scanner with QR code
  2. If both of those fail, you should be able to use offline install

And if all three fail please report a bug
