A team is interested in CommCare and wanted to copy our app and modify it and try it out for their study. I am looking at this page and wonder if data will be copied over too? We wanted to make sure that only the app would be copied, and not data or users, etc.
That's correct, it will only copy the application itself. It won't copy form or case data, nor things like users, lookup tables, or locations. That's something to keep an eye out for, actually - if your app relies on certain lookup tables, for example, you'll need to upload those to the new project space.
