CommCareHQ Maintenance 9/28/14

Dear users,

Our hosting provider is performing maintenance on the hosting
infrastructure and as a result www.commcarehq.org is currently down. We're
keeping an eye on things and will update here as more information becomes
available.

Thanks,
Giovanni

Hi all,

CommCare HQ is now back online (it may take a few minutes for it to become
reachable depending on your network). Some parts of the website are still
offline and so you may experience errors when viewing reports, but phones
should be syncing again and all data is being successfully captured and
saved. Unfortunately we are still completely dependent on our hosting
provider for the remaining report fixes, so do not currently have a
timeline for when those will be fully resolved.

Sorry again about the inconvenience, and we will update again when we have
more information.

Hi Cory,

Thanks for the update. Any estimate on when the data APIs will be back up
and running?

Not at this time. We are still waiting to hear more information from our
hosting provider on this and are looking into other failover options as
well. As mentioned we'll report out as soon as we have more concrete
information.
