[CommCare] Issue adding Mobile Workers to Groups

Hi,

Is anyone else having issues seeing all their mobile workers show up as
options when editing group memberships? I’m performing a small test run and
have 7 mobile workers but when I go to edit group memberships I’m only
seeing 6 mobile workers listed.

Also, is there a lag between adding new groups and having those new groups
show up in the options when reassigning cases? I’m not able to select any
of my existing groups when I’m on the Reassign Cases page.

Let me know if I’m missing something.

The issue with the new mobile workers showing up when I edit group
memberships has resolved.

However, I’m still experiencing the issue where I cannot select the new
groups I’ve created when on the Reassign Cases page - any advice?

I had this problem as well this past Monday. Both new mobile workers and
new groups wouldn’t appear on the Edit Group page, despite refreshing the
page. After a lag of five minutes or so, the new workers/groups would then
appear. I haven’t tried since then so don’t know if this has persisted or
is the same problem as Tania’s.

I may have reproduced the behavior of the group not showing up for case
reassignment and we’re going to look into this behavior as a support issue.
I will communicate with you further from the issue and respond back to this
thread with our conclusions.

To follow up on this issue, groups become available for Case Reassignment
only if they are Case Sharing groups. For more on Case Sharing groups,

Hi all,

Unfortunately I’m seeing additional weirdness in managing mobile workers
and groups. I haven’t made any changes to the number of mobile workers (I
currently have 7) but when I’m in the Groups view and click to Edit Group,
I’m not seeing the full list of mobile workers available and the* edits I
originally made are gone*, therefore my memberships across groups are
incorrect.

I’m gearing up to upload a batch of 75 additional mobile workers using the
Bulk Upload function, but I’m feeling a little trigger shy…

Any help or suggestions you can provide are appreciated.
