CommCare HQ Downtime

Hi users,

You may have noticed that we were having some unplanned slowness and
downtime on CommCare HQ today. We think that everything is back to normal
now, but are keeping a close eye on it, and will let you know if there are
any problems in the future.

I have been facing slow speed/downtime on commcareHQ from the past 2-3
days. Is this the problem on the server side? If yes, any idea when it
will be resolved?

Hi Chandni,

We haven’t noticed any downtime or issues since last week. The next time
you think that the site is down or running significantly slower than normal
could you send an email to commcarehq-support@dimagi.com immediately so
that we can look into it in real time?

Any chance that your own internet connection has changed in the last couple
days?

Thanks for quick response, Cory. I doubt the problem was with my internet
connection as I was able to access other sites and even when
my colleagues tried to access commcarehq they couldn’t get connected. But I
should mention, this non-connectivity problem happened 4-5 times/day for
the past 2-3days and within less than 10 mins the connection was
reestablished. In future, I will report this problem immediately to the
email provided.
