Commcare forms not being recieved

Hi there,

This is kind of an emergency since our healthcare system is very busy and
relies on CommCare as documentation. Our field officers are sending forms
and they are syncing with the server but they are not appearing on the web
portal (where we usually download the form as proof to make a payment), it
seems that this has been happening since yesterday after 12pm (Bangladeshi
time)

Please let me know what can be done about this issue, it is occurring with
all of our users so far as we can tell.

We’re currently experiencing a server issue causing some form submissions
not to show up in reports. A notification should be appearing on CommCareHQ
shortly. Please see my response here

They are also not showing in export data, I hope this is normal too?
