Please assist, I got this form error on my app. But i don't how to fix the form to remove this referencing error.
It looks like your hidden value question (covid_19_assesment) is referencing an old or not-present value in the form. If you load that question in the form builder it should show you a red bubble highlighting the problematic reference.
