Just pointing out that it seems that the CC Export Tool does not create a column in a SQL database if there is no data for the corresponding case/form property.
Behaviour is fine but I don't think it's mentioned in the documentation. If this is correct, then good to add (just spent a few hours figuring this out...)
This behaviour is intentional since we don't know what data type to use until we get the first piece of data. I have updated the docs to make this more clear.
