Hi,
I have built an app using cases and specifically a repeat group that goes
to a sub case.
Within this sub-case case list I have set Select Parent First. This
displays correctly in the App but not in CloudCare.
Is there a workaround?

Unfortunately this isn't supported. I'd encourage you to submit the idea on
our uservoice site to help get it prioritized.
