Clickable phone numbers within a form

Is it possible to click on a phone number within a form and call it? I
can’t seem to find how to do so. Thanks!

Hi Jessica,

There are a few ways to do this:

  • Inside a form label, you can use create a link and make the link
    "tel:NUMBER" (i.e. “tel:+1-800-888-8888”). This is done using text
    formatting:

  • Alternatively on a case list or detail, you can set the format option
    to “Phone Number” for a phone number case property
