Today, I observed something strange in CommCareHQ. I created a new
application,in the basic settings, when I type the "s" character as part of
the Application Name the character is not being typed but instead it fires
the "Save" action which is kind of strange(acting as shortcut to saving
changes). But when I type "s" as the first character of the Application
Name, it gets typed just fine and the save action is not being triggered as
expected. Could this be a bug or is it just happening with my browser? I
used Internet Explorer and I haven't replicated the same issue using any
other browser.
This is a known bug that was introduced a few hours ago. Our development
team has a patch ready to go and we're in the process of pushing it out to
CommCare HQ. It should hopefully be resolved in less than an hour, and
we'll report back here when it is.

This bug has been fixed. Apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for
