Cases Disappearing From Case List

Hello,

We are experiencing a recent issue. Cases that we could see in the case
list online this morning no longer show up. Forms were submitted for these
specific cases today, and we can access those forms, but the case has
disappeared from our list. This is a problem because we need to continue to
follow-up with these cases and fill out subsequent forms for them.

Is anyone else experiencing this? What could be the cause?
