Cases disappear after registration


i have a registration form with multiple follow up forms but the cases do not show up in the case list detail after creating them via the registration form.

Anyone with ideas on how i can troubleshoot this please?

To clarify: Are the forms not showing up in the Case List, or are you not seeing a Detail screen for cases after choosing them from the list?

If it's the former, the main reasons I could imagine would be that the module has a different case type from the registration module, or that the case list has a filter which is excluding the newly registered cases.

My apologies for the late response. i found out that a data point within the survey was defaulting to the group caseid and once i removed that the form's behaviour normalized.
