I've tried to check the case sharing options in CommCareHQ but I failed to
fix the problem.
This means your user is in either 0 or more than one case sharing group,
which isn't yet supported.
You should go to your "edit groups" page and for all the groups that the
user is in, make sure exactly one of them had the "case sharing" (should be
a filled in star).
