Case fields from 1st app not showing up in 2nd app

Hi all,

I have a project in CommCare HQ with 2 applications and I want to share
cases between them. The cases are named identically. However, when I go to
edit the "Load case data into form", it only shows case fields from the
application that I am currently in, not from the other application. Am I
missing some setting that enables the "case sharing between applications"
behavior?

Thanks!
Jon

Hi Jon,

Unfortunately right now the app builder will only "suggest" case properties
from within the same app. However you can manually type in the name of the
case property from another app when working in the load/save case data
interface and the data should pass between the applications, as long as
both of the apps have Case Sharing turned on (and as you mentioned, have
the same case type).
