Case exports not working?

Is everything OK with the CommCare servers?

We are trying to do case exports and all downloads have the property names in them but not data.


Panic over! It’s working. User error!

What happened to me was the opposite. I did the case exports and the data were there but not the property names. Have you ever experienced this?


No I’ve not experienced that Anna.

What happened in my case was that we’d just done a case import which affected all cases but the default date range for an export does not include today (it goes up to yesterday) so no cases were included as they’d all been updated today. Changing the date range manually to include today solved the problem. User error!
