Case Configuration Problems

Hello,

We are having difficulty with our first form (registration) linking to our
second form. We followed the Case Configuration instructions
(Case Configuration - CommCare Public - CommCare Public) but
the second form still does not generate the case (household name).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, Caitlin,

Thanks for writing in!

Try looking at the basic case management tutorial to see if it helps:
https://help.commcarehq.org/display/commcarepublic/Basic+Case+Management+Tutorial

In particular, it sounds like you may need to look at Part 4 to make sure
that the module is configured for case management:
https://help.commcarehq.org/display/commcarepublic/Basic+Case+Management+Tutorial+Part+4+-+Module+Case+Management+Settings

Hope this helps, and let us know if you're still stuck.

Jeremy

Hi, Caitlin,

If it seems like there is something wrong can you use the "Report an Issue"
button at the bottom of the page in CommCareHQ so we can look into it. This
will send us the details we need to investigate further.

Thanks,

Jeremy

Hey Jeremy,

Quick question, I tested everything in CloudCare and it worked perfectly.
But when deployed to an android tablet, I'm having that issue. Any
suggestions on why that could be happening?

Thanks so much,
Caitlin

Hi, Caitlin,

Thanks for reporting the issue. I am going to take a look at your
application and will get back to you on a separate email thread.
