Dear William,
To start off with—please forgive me. This seems to be an unexpected product
of a change I made last night, and I'm looking into it. I believe it is a
"stale cache" issue, and since it was deployed last night, other users have
been able to get around the temporary error by doing a "hard refresh"
(Ctrl+F5 on Windows). Please let us know whether that resolves the issue
your experiencing to help us in help others who may be experiencing the
same problem. From what I can tell, once it goes away you won't ever see
that problem again.
Cheers,
Danny

Dear Users,
A number of people have been experiencing the same problem as William since
last night, and it's a priority for us to minimize such glitches and their
negative effects, so fixing this will be my top priority until we figure
out exactly what led to this particular glitch, fix it, and make sure the
same thing can't happen again. In the meantime, however, I believe the
hard-refresh method will solve this problem for those of you who need to
use the application builder right now.
Best,
Danny

William,
Thanks for your quick response. Please do let us know if anything else
unusual happens.
I will keep everyone else informed when I am able to fix it without having
to make you resort to the hard refresh. Again for those of you who are
seeing this problem, it is a stale cache issue which means that once you do
a hard refresh of the page the issue will be fully fixed for you and you
can continue to use CommCare HQ normally.
Best,
Danny
