Cannot open the updated app version file

I am using Nokia basic mobile, and have updated version of my app through
"update version" option and jar file is also created on my phone but not
able to open it.

When i try to open the app, it says "There was an error, and CommCare could
not be started. do you want to see the debug information?" and the debug
information is null.

Please help.

Chandu,

Did you "update version" by navigating to the "CommCare" application in the
Nokia apps menu and selecting "Update version" from there?

Sincerest apologies if so, that option should actually not even be
available as far as I know. The CommCare Binary itself on Nokia phones
actually can't be upgraded through the Nokia phone menu. I'm not 100% sure
why that option was made available, I'll double check our release process.
