Bulk language import error

I am trying to do a bulk Spanish import with the attached import worksheet.
I keep getting an error that says "500 - Sorry, something unexpected just
went wrong, and we're very sorry about it." Any ideas what the error is?
We have Spanish set up as a second language, have not made any changes to
the application either. Thanks

Hi Jason,

Try removing all of the formatting in each tab in your excel document
(highlights, text color, content alignment, etc) to make everything
uniform, save and attempt the upload again. Give us an update on if this
resolves the issue!

Best,

Lauren

I removed all of the formatting and now I get the following error. App
Translation Failed! Please make sure you are using a valid Excel 2007 or
later (.xlsx) file. Error details: "There is no item named
'xl/workbook.xml' in the archive".

Attached is the updated import worksheet. Any ideas?

Hi Jason,

Are you using an older version of Excel? I would try uploading with an
Excel 2007 or higher workbook and seeing if that solves the issue.

Best,
Robin Selwitz

I am not sure how that worked but it did. I resaved the .xlsx file as
another .xlsx file and it worked. Case closed.
