Bulk Edit Case Data

HI,

We are looking to bulk edit our collected data. Data were collected using Case Managment (Mother as Parent case while children as child cases). As we have put a wrong key value for one of the options and we want to update old key values with new key values.

We want to bulk edit both registration and follow-up data. Our preference will be that we should be able to export data into excel file and made changes in excel file and upload that file back to CommCare. Reports and data export should show updated data only.

Hi Vipin,

You can process these types of bulk changes using a Case Export / Import Cycle in Excel, which will allow you to make changes to large sets of cases at one.
