Bug reports failing silently

Dear Users,

Last night we realized that for one week between Nov. 15 and Nov. 22, our
bug report mechanism was failing silently, which means that if you sent in
a bug report in the last week, we never heard a peep and had no idea, until
we got suspicious about how long it had been since the last bug report. All
we know is that by observing logs, we can see that we missed 14 messages,
but we don’t know who sent them or what their content was.

If any of you submitted feedback in the last week by clicking the “Report
an Issue” link on CommCare HQ and you can still remember what you sent, I
would be extremely grateful if you could send it in again.

We’ve taken measures to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
