Best Practice to fix case submission errors

Hi Everyone,

I'm using cases in a module with case sharing across my mobile worker
groups. What is the best way to fix errors in the "case registration" form
after it has been submitted? Should I create an "update case" form that is
the same as the case registration form? The goal is to fix the data that is
saved on the device in the case list.

Thank you,
Craig

Hey Craig,

That's correct. You can just create an Update Case form that edits the
same case properties as the Register Case form. This should still work
even if you have case sharing on. You'll just need to Sync any devices
that share cases so that they're able to see all the changes.

Thanks,
Sheel
