I am trying to login to CommCare on my Samsung tablet, but I keep getting a
message that there's a bad server response. When I look at the details, it
says "CommCare had trouble processing the network response. Please try
again." Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can solve this?
If this is the first time you have logged in you are trying to log in with
that mobile username on that device, the phone tries to contact CommCareHQ
to get data about that mobile worker. Unfortunately CommCareHQ is currently
down, so the phone is not receiving the expected response.

This problem can arise from either an issue with the local network environment such as a "Captive Portal" on WIFI which requires you to login before using it (which can be tested with the browser).
But this time my commcare id password is show wrong , my id and password sent to you than I was open commcare and id password show wrong what is password.
