I'm working on app that on mother registration if a child age is between 0 days to 30 days, the child is transferred to newborn visit form but if the child is older than 30 days, the child is case is transferred to child visit form. This work ok for me.
My challenge is while the newborn is still under 30 days, he /she is monitored /visited under newborn visit form. but as soon as the newborn gets more than 30 days in age, the case is automatically transferred to child visit form. under this, visits will be done up to 24 months. How to set condition such that when is newborn age is greater than 30 days ( one month) the case is transferred to child visit form.
