App works on cloudcare but cant get it to work on Phone

I have an app which works well in cloud care and even get to register and
conduct visits. When I try to download and install it on a phone I get an
error message "part of you app is not valid" even though I have very good
internet connection.

Has anyone experienced this before, and what would be the cause?

Hi Mourice,

Please report an issue from HQ when viewing the application in question and
someone from our support team will look at this.
