Here on the following pic the number of houseolds when the form opened is 1893, but the count displays 189.
Just found out that the count is correct on the form player , but displays 3 digit number (189) on the android device. There might be a bug on the app(apk).

Today the badge view on CommCare mobile app is limited to 3 characters on purpose due to smaller mobile screens. We will think about expanding this limit in future though if you wish to change it sooner you can simply edit the character limit here and build a new apk.
