I need help to resolve an error whish display to the end of my form!

Hi Dimitri, this looks like an error using the save-to-case feature. This sort of thing is difficult to resolve without going in depth into that form's configuration. I've spoken with Ismaila, he'll be reaching out to assist.

Est-ce que vous avez modifié le formulaire après avoir constaté l'erreur?
