I have got some .amr files (audio files) in my data like

1568031589208.amr
1568095407234.amr
1568097348877.amr
1568031010339.amr
1568030963618.amr
1568097725312.amr
1568099805058.amr
Just want to understand how i can convert that into .mp3
I don't believe CommCare has the capability to do that conversion, but there should be a number of external tools that would work, since .amr and .mp3 are both standard formats. I can't recommend anything in particular though. Hopefully someone who's done that before will chime in, otherwise I'd search the web to see what's out there.
