Access mobile worker password

I am an Web User and want to access the previous password of a Mobile user,
how do I go about it?
Can anybody in the group help me out? appreciate.

Hello,

For security reasons passwords are not stored in plain text but rather as a
password hash - so, retrieving the original plain text password string is
impossible. You'll need to reset the user's password if the current one has
been forgotten.
