About commcare backend

HI,
i am using Commcare from last 1.5 Year for our research project as a free of cost but now i will take some paid service from Dimagi but before it our seniors want some clarification about,

  1. which backend (web storage) commcare use for data.
  2. access and security
  3. if we have lost data, how to retrieve.
  4. where the server in india.
  5. what is the security of our data.

Kindly do needful for above mention Questions.

If you want to speak with Dimagi about the hosted version of CommCareHQ, the best thing to do is to reach out to Dimagi directly with your questions.
